A Letter from the Founder…

In 2001, I purchased my first property and in 2007, Lisa and I founded National Real Estate Investment Solutions, LLC (National REIS).  We chose this name  intentionally because we believe every individual has the right to expand their investments across the nation in markets that bring the greatest returns, in order to enjoy stable earnings and protected prosperity.  Those who partner and invest with National REIS tend to share this view, and seek to live as sophisticated investors building wealth through cash-flowing real estate opportunities.

Our partners opt to build their financial house not with the typical under-performing investment vehicles, but with proven wealth building strategies in Real Estate that offer the greatest income and protection.

Today, based on these founding principles, we have helped over 70 investors and partners around the country locate the most lucrative specialized opportunities to protect their capital, and grow their assets and generational wealth.

A typical partner of National REIS may own a 40 unit apartment building in the Midwest, a few rentals in their home state, and may occasionally choose to cherry pick a private project outside of Manhattan for aggressive short term gains, perhaps to finance a quick vacation overseas.  Their portfolio grows at a nice clip because they are not limited by concentrating all their assets in marginal securities, and have access to a wider pool of opportunities than the average investor.

More important, these successful investors have received personal one-on-one guidance from myself and our management team, and have unrestricted access to our rolodex of the most experienced and respected investment, legal, and financial experts – so they know their choices are designed for safety, stability, and prudent growth of their wealth.
